This product corresponds to my expectations. I use the heat to maximum to get the benefits. I tied on a scarf to be well in contact with the rim, neck I also use it for lumbar engaging from above a scarf and it works well. Happy with my purchase. It is very effective, only downside it is quite heavy and not long enough so he must be lying for the position. personal Good infrared would be completely useless because it doesn't heat up at all!
